12. Premium Payment and Calculation Method:
Premiums are calculated according to the levels in this Compensation Plan.
b. Premiums are paid according to the level owned at Farmasi at the time of order.
c. In order to be entitled to a group premium from the downline, activity is required.
d. In order for the premium to be paid, the Entrepreneur must pay his bills on time. If the entrepreneur has overdue debt, the premium for that month is kept in the company and paid the next month.
e.Prim payments are deposited into the entrepreneur's bank account on the 20th of each following month (on the following business day if it is at the end of the week).
For example, payments for January will be made on 20 February. If the 20th day coincides with a public holiday and / or weekend holidays, the next working day will be made.
fAll Premium calculations are calculated after deducting premium value-free products and VAT. Premium payments will be made on your behalf by deducting income tax withholding (20%). The premium payments are calculated over the paid invoices and paid according to the marketing plan.
g. The premium rule applicable to Entrepreneurs with the title of Director and 21% and above:
In your sub-group, no performance bonus is earned over an Entrepreneur who reaches your level. Instead, the leader training bonus right becomes active. If the Entrepreneur level in your sub-group is exceeded, the performance bonus is deserved.
h) The difference between the sales price of the sold product and the entrepreneur catalog price is reflected to the entrepreneur's account as a premium in the sales made by the entrepreneurs by directing them to the final consumer via their own links to the Farmasi website. The entrepreneur is paid by deducting the VAT withholding tax, and the legal person against his / her invoice.
a. 6000 points difference requirement, which is one of our premium conditions:
Entrepreneurs who shop for a minimum of 18,000 TL Points with your personal and / or group in a campaign month are included in the 21% premium group. 6000 points are required for all 21% Manager and upper levels.
The Entrepreneur who reaches the level of 21% for the first time is given the title of Manager. Except for the 21 branches, the difference between the highest level must be 6000 points to fulfill the 6000 points requirement. The base of the highest pole attached level is 15%. The remaining scores after subtracting the score of the highest (15% -18%) level from the total score should make up the difference of 6000 points.
b. The sub-teams of our directors are out of the 6000 points requirement for their 21% level. After subtracting the scores of the directly connected 21% levels in the sub-team from the total scores, the score of only one level with the highest (15% -18%) turnover should be deducted and the remaining difference should be 6000 points difference.
c. 21% VIRTUAL Premium Earning: Virtual 21% premium calculation as of January 2019 Example: When entrepreneur A cannot make 6000 from virtual side, his level will be 21% virtual manager. If the difference of the person from the side is 3200 points, then the level he deserves will be calculated over 3200 points. It corresponds to 3200 points = 7% premium rate. In this case, 21% of entrepreneurs who fall into virtual status can earn a premium from a maximum of 11% according to their side score.
In the group bonus account, it will be calculated as Own level - sub-team level. If the sub-team has entrepreneurs at a premium rate of 11%, it will earn a premium according to the level difference between them. For example, 21% virtual entrepreneurs remaining at 5800 points will receive 11% premium. He will earn a premium from his entrepreneur (11% -3% = 8%) whose downline is worth 1000 TL. 1000 TLP x 8% = 80 TL.
For 21% virtual entrepreneurs who are at the 11% level, they will not be able to receive a group premium from those who have 11% and above in their sub-team, and they will not be entitled to progress because they cannot fulfill the premium requirement (6000 on the hand).
D. Director's work rule: It is forbidden for our Entrepreneurs, who have reached the level of Director, to recommend existing Farmasi Entrepreneurs to other direct sales companies and / or institutions that contain the same products, to name them and to become members.
